March production of $5.4 billion was much better than in the previous month and higher than a year ago, New Century Financial Corp. announced.
But first quarter production declined from the prior period.

U.S. Lenders Target Mexican Market

Mortgage Jobs Jump

The latest figures are better than revised January figures and better than February 2005.
